6 slices bread, crusts cut off and saved
1 lb. regular or hot breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained of fat
1 c. brie, cubed
1 c. grated parmesan
5 eggs, lightly beaten plus 2 more to add in the morning
2 c heavy cream plus 1 c. to add in the morning
2 c skim milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
Chopped green onions
Shaved parmesan

Directions:
The night before, butter dish, spread crusts, layer bread, sausage, brie and parmesan. Mix eggs, cream, milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour mixture over ingredients in the baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, mix the 2 eggs with 1 c of cream and pour over casserole. Garnish with sage, onions, and shaved parmesan.

Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
