8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
8 oz. pkg. low-fat mozzarella cheese
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. sausage
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Cook and crumble sausage. Drain fat.
3. Butter bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish or pan.
4. Press crescent rolls into bottom of dish.
5. Sprinkle with cooked sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese.
7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly . Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
