Ingredients:  
1 lb. sausage or bacon
8 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups of milk
6 eggs
2 cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown sausage/or bacon. Drain fat.
2. Combine all ingredients and place in a 9x13" baking dish or pan.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Cook the next morning in a 350 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
