3 lg. potatoes
4 c. water
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. In a medium pot, boil potatoes in water until they are done. Pour off all water except for one cup. Add all other ingredients, stir and heat. Do not boil.
