2 bananas 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. Kraft mayonnaise 1 tsp.. vanilla 1 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt
Mash bananas with a fork. Combine mashed bananas, sugar, mayonnaise and vanilla. Sir together flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to banana mixture and stir well. Place in preheated oven at 375ºF for 12-15 minutes. Makes 8 large or 12 small muffins
