1 - 8oz. pineapple w/ juice
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1 t. cornstarch
Boneless, Skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line pan with foil. Mix all of the above ingredients and spoon over chicken. Bake 45-50 minutes or until tender.
