Ingredients:  
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick oleo
2 lb. small carrots
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots 4-6 minutes in microwave. Melt oleo, add brown sugar, pour over carrots. Cube Velveeta over it. Bake at 350F, for 35 minutes covered. Uncover, put cracker crumbs on top, bake 15 minutes more.
