1 Cob loaf

Filling:
1 packet frozen spinach, defrosted
2 tubs light sour cream
1 French onion soup

carrots & celery sticks for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
1/ Cut lid off cob loaf.

2/ Mix filling ingredients together.

3/ Place in cob loaf.

4/ Place on serving tray with carrot and celery sticks
and its ready to eat.

Great for entertaining. Can be served hot or cold. If hot heat for 15-30mins at 180C.
