1 Cob loaf

Filling:
2 cups grated cheese
1 round tub Philly cheese
1 onion, diced.
200mls cream
1 cup bacon, diced


Directions:
Directions:
1/ Preheat oven to 180C and line baking tray with alfoil.

2/ Cut lid off cob loaf and scoop out the bread inside.

3/ Mix filling ingredients together.

4/ Pour mixture into cob loaf and place on baking tray.

5/ Cook for 45mins with no lid.

6/ Remove from oven, put lid on and place scooped out
bread around the tray and cook for further 15mins
at 200C.
