2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 Italian sausage links
1 lb boneless chicken
salt and pepper to taste

1 lb asparagus
1/2 lb mushroom

Balsamic vinegar
Chicken broth
Brown sugar

corn starch and cold water to thicken

Prep all ingredients by cutting into bite sized pieces

Heat saute pan over med-high heat and briefly saute 2 cloves of garlic chopped and the crushed red peppers.

Add sausage and chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes until almost done.

Add asparagus and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes

Add balsamic vinegar, chicken broth and brown sugar and cook for 2 minutes

Add corn starch and water to thicken.

Serve with rice or pasta.
