For cake layers:

1 Box Swiss chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 Box instant vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup oil
Let layers cool

Directions:

Icing:
A. Mix together first:
1 8-oz cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar

B. Grind together:
2 Hershey Milk Chocolate bars
2 cups chopped nuts

Then add this mixture to the mixture in A
along with 12 oz Cool Whip
After layers are cooled, add the icing.
