1 c. tomato juice
1 T. catsup
1/2 large diced tomato
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1 lb cleaned, cooked, and peeled shrimp
1/2 small jalapeņo
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 lime wedge, squeezed
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
Cajun chef red tabasco sauce to taste
2 shakes Worchestershire Sauce
3 shakes your favorite blend of blackening spices, Cajun seasonings (or to taste)
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Have tomato juice well chilled before beginning. Place in large shaker or quart jar with lid to shake (just like a martini). Add catsup to thicken. Add diced vegetables and spices to juice, shaking well. Stir in shrimp. Once mixture is well blended refrigerate until well chilled.

To serve: Shake well and pour into a martini glass, set on dinner plate. Serve with tri colored tortilla chips surrounding the martini glass in the center of the plate.
