3 medium courgettes
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 pint water
1 chicken stock cube
1 tsp curry powder

© Chop the courgettes into thin discs.
Boil in the water with the stock cube and curry powder until tender.
Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Stir in the cream cheese.
Blend until smooth
