8-10 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 bag hashbrowns
1/2 c. chopped ham
1/4 c. mushrooms (if desired)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with milk. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until eggs appear set.
