1 bag of carrots
2 tbsp. margarine, cut up
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1-2 tbls. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in baking dish. Salt & pepper carrots. Put margarine over top. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Crumble brown sugar over top.

Put 1/2 tbls. water in bottom of dish. Cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour (a little less if you like your carrots crunchy).
