Ingredients:  
1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
3/4 c. cry bread crumbs (or 4 slices of bread, torn)
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. ketchup

Topping:
3-4 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Place in large bread load pan.

Mix together ingredients for the topping. Spread over top of the meatloaf. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

Trevor always used to like meatloaf as a little boy and would ask for it for his Birthday dinner. Now, I think he likes just about everything (like his Dad)!
