6 c. Flour
2 c. Oil
2 c. Sugar
1 T. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 T. Vanilla
Chopped Almonds (about 1 1/2 c.)
Cinnamon & Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs then mix well with sugar. Add oil, mix well. Add vanilla. Sift flour with baking powder and salt twice. Mix with egg mixture beating well after each addition. Add nuts. Flour hands and make 4 loaves between 2 cookie sheets. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 305
º for 30 minutes or until slightly brown. Remove from oven and cut in strips. Turn on side and sprinkle cinnamon & sugar. Return to oven and bake about 10 to 15 minutes longer until brown and dry.
