1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
2 T. melted butter
1 c. all purpose flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine the milk, water, eggs, butter, flour and salt. Beat with a rotary beater until smooth. Brush a 6 to 7 inch crepe pan or skillet with oil, or spray with Pam. Place over moderate heat until pan begins to smoke. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into pan. Tilt pan so batter covers bottom in very thin layer. Cook about 1 minute, turn and cook about 30 seconds. Repeat greasing and heating skillet before cooking each crepe. Stack crepes with waxed paper or paper towels between until ready for use.
