1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream


Drop Biscuits

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. red sweet pepper, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in a little butter over high heat and stir fry for a minute or two. Combine onions, celery, soup, chicken, sour cream, Worchestershire Sauce and salt. Mix well. Now make the biscuits by combining in a mixing bowl the flour, baking powder, and salt. Then add the eggs, milk, pimiento and cheese and mix until just blended. Use two small eggs, or 1 large egg. Drop biscuits by tablespoonfuls onto casserole. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and allow cheese to melt.
