Directions:
Add the first 7 ingredients to the machine, select the dough cycle. When the cycle is complete, remove dough from the machine. Punch down cover and let rise for 10 minutes.

Grease large baking sheets.
For 1 1/2 pound loaf divide dough into thirds or quarters for the 2 pound loaf. On lightly floured surface, using the palm of your hand, pat each portion of dough into an even round, about 7". Transfer rounds to prepared baking sheet. Using your finger tip, poke the dough all over to dimple the surface. Cover loosely; let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl stir together the coarse sugar and cinnamon. Brush melted marg evenly over rounds; sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Bake in 350ºF oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Serve warm or cool, cut into wedges.
