1 can tomato soup
c. vinegar
small each, red, yellow, green pepper, julienned
c. sugar
c. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 lbs. carrots, sliced and cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Layer carrots and sauce in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
