1 Stick Butter
1 Bunch Broccoli, Chopped
1 Bunch Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Flour
2 Cups Half & Half
1 Cup Milk
Velveeta &/or Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in stock pot over medium heat. Saute broccoli & green onion until tender Add chicken broth and water & continue to heat.

In a separate pot, heat flour, milk and half & half until mixture thickens - stirring frequently. Slowly add heated mixture to stock pot, stirring to blend.

When soup is warm enough to melt cheese, add to taste.
