lemon rinds, grated
lemon juice
chicken
flour
salt
paprika
brown sugar
slices of lemon
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the lemon rinds. Squeeze lemon juice. Put chicken into lemon juice and turn. Leave for 20-30 minutes. Drain. Mix flour, salt and paprika together. Roll chicken in it. Add a small amount of oil to baking pan and place chicken on it. Put lemon rind on top of chicken. Add brown sugar and slices of lemon. Cover and cook 45-50 minutes at 350º or until done. Add chicken broth so chicken won't burn. Not too much.
