1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. paprika
1 c. mayonnaise (Best Foods)

Directions:
Cut the bread horizontally for half-loaves. Spread half loaf with softened butter. Cover the entire surface. Spread Parmesan cheese topping over the buttered surface. The topping consists of the remaining ingredients mixed together. Mix this together and spread on bread. Place bread on a foil-lined baking sheet. Lightly grease foil. Bake bread at 450º for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Place under broiler to brown top lightly, if desired. Cut each half loaf into 8-10 pieces. Don't spread to early. Use a large soft crust loaf. This could cover one loaf.
