4 CARROTS CUT JULIENNE STYLE
1 CAN WAX BEANS DRAINED
1 CAN GREEN BEANS DRAINED
1 CUP DICED CELERY
1 MEDIUM ONION SLICED
1 8 OUNCE BOTTLE OF ITALIAN DRESSING
1 CAN MEDIUM PITTED OLIVES

PUT CAULIFLOWER AND CARROTS IN SALTED
WATER UNTIL TENDER, PLUNGE IN ICE WATER, AND DRAIN. COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS AND TOSS. COVER. REFRIGERATE OVERNITE.
