broccoli florets (Costco has bags of them)
olive oil
sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Get a large pan with sides (roasting pan). Spray bottom of pan with Pam. Add broccoli in a flat layer. Drizzle with some olive oil. Toss broccoli around to coat with oil. Sprinkle with sea salt or your favorite seasonings or just salt and pepper.

Roast for about 20-30 minutes. Just test with a fork for the softness you want in your broccoli. Cooking it this way really brings out the flavor.
