3 lbs.chicken wings
1/3 c.soy sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper-optional
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour over chicken wings, cover and refrigerate. Turn occasional, marinate at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350. Drain chicken, reserve marinade, and bake for 30 minutes. Brush chicken with reserved marinade, and continue to cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Brushing chicken occasionally with marinade.
