2 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini (firmly packed)
4 tbsp cocoa
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
dash of cinnamon

Beat eggs and add next six ingredients one at a time. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to creamed ingredients and beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
