1 lb. sliced bacon
3 lbs. red potatoes
1/2 tbsp. liquid crab boil
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp and crumble into small pieces.

Cut the red potatoes into quarters, leaving the skins on. Place in large saucepan of boiling water. Add the liquid crab boil and cook until the potatoes are tender. Drain. Add bacon, Velveeta cheese, sour cream, green onions and butter. Stir until the red potatoes are mashed. Season with salt and pepper.
