1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup'
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 envelope onion soup
1 chicken (cut up or quartered)


Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle uncooked rice over bottom. Heat soups (undiluted) with milk. Pour over rice. Place raw chicken, skin side up, on top of rice (do not brown the chicken first) and sprinkle onion soup over top of chicken. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325º for 21/2 hours.

If you are watching your fat intake you can substitute the soups with the low fat/low salt soups. You can also remove some of the skin from the chicken.
