1 Hot Pepper
2 small onions
Small piece of garlic
1 stalk of celery (cut in pieces)
1 small green pepper (cut in pieces)
Cauliflower (cut in small pieces)
1 tsp Pickling Spice
Green Tomatoes

3 quarts water
1 quart vinegar
1 cup salt
Head of dill

To each quart jar add the first eight ingredients.

For Brine - Mix together water, vinegar, salt and dill. Boil 5 minutes. Pour brine over vegetables until vegetables are completely covered. Seal while hot.
