Juice of 1 Lemon (2-3 tbsp)
1/2 c Olive Oil
2 Oz Crumbled Feta
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt
Ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, combine all ingredients & process until well blended.

Serve over sliced tomatoes with onions, black olives, and crumbled Feta
