2 lbs. large unshelled shrimp 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup parsley 6 garlic cloves 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup lemon juice
Remove shells from shrimp..melt butter or margarine in a 9 x 13 pan in a 400º oven. remove pan from oven, add all remaining ingredients except shrimp, mix well. Add shrimp in a single layer. Bake until tender about 20 minutes.
I serve this with Fettuccine Alfredo and a fresh loaf of French bread.
