3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. pumpkin
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until blended. Bake 1 hour (or until knife comes out clean) Cool in pans on cooling rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and allow to cool completely on racks.
