1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. vegetable oil 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. milk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cream of tartar 3 3/4 - 4c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Beat oil, butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk and egg. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto baking tray/cookie sheet. Bake 350º for 13-15 minutes.
