3 lbs of stewing beef or one big piece of beef
4 or 5 carrots peeled and cut into 2 inch pcs.
4 or 5 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 large onion thinly sliced
1 can of Campbell's tomato soup or 12 ounces of V8 whatever you have on hand.
Salt and pepper to taste

Rinse beef then season with salt and pepper. Place carrots, potatoes and onion in crock pot. Season a little more salt and pepper. Place meat on top of vegetables. Add Soup and 1/2 can of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
