8 sundried tomato tortillas
1 pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
lemon pepper to taste
2 green onions finely chopped
1 red pepper finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1 clove crushed garlic
1 1/2 cup fresh shrimp
1 can crab meat
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese

In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly the cream cheese, mayo and lemon pepper. Stir in chopped green onion, red pepper, cilantro and garlic. Add shrimp, crab and swiss cheese and gently mix in. Spread 1/8 of seafood mixture evenly over tortilla shell. Roll up tightly and cut into one inch pieces. Arrange on platter, garnish with parsley, cherry tomatoes or lemon wedges.
