1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.pepper
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
Topping:
1/2 stick butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in 9x14-inch casserole dish. Pour crushed corn flakes over
potato mixture, then pour 1/2 cup melted butter over corn flakes. Bake at 350 for one hour.
