8 pc Chicken cut up
1# italian sausage ( half mild & half hot)
1large onion cut in rings
5 cloves garlic ( chopped)
3 large stalks of celery chopped
gravy ingredients:
i cup dry white wine
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tb w- sauce
1 tb rosemary
1 tb oregano
additional items to be added after gravy:
1 small bottle capers, 1 small bottle pepperocini, 2 tsp anchovy paste, and small bottle of pitted greek olives

Saute Chicken & sausage drain, add onion, garlic,& celery
Make gravy- (by combining ingredients)
Pour gravy over mixture
then add additional items listed above

Bake 30 minutes at 400
