1lb chopped beef 1lb chopped turkey (pork) 2 eggs parsley oregano pepper 1 c seasoned bread crumbs several cloves garlic chopped c tomato sauce (if available)
Mix all ingredients, spray baking sheet with non stick spray, roll into medium size balls place on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes, turn and bake additional 10 minutes. Add to pot of sauce to continue cooking.
