2 T. sugar
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Beat the egg yolks, reserving the whites. Add sugar, then milk. Sift together and add flour and salt. Beat egg whites and fold them into mixture. You may add applesauce to this recipe. To do so, place a small amount of applesauce in each well before placing the batter in the well.
