Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well in the flour and add salt, unbeaten eggs, and 1 cup of milk. Beat with a mixer or a wire whisk until free from lumps. Add remainder of milk and continue beating to make a very thin batter. Pour a 1/4 cup of batter into a non stick fry pan, that has been brushed with oil or sprayed with Pam. Roll the pan around to make sure the bottom is covered with batter. Cook on medium to high heat until dough is set, then flip and bake only until golden brown.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Oma would make this for supper when she didn't feel like making a big meal. Our favorite way of eating these is to sprinkle sugar or Roger golden syrup on, roll them up and then we gobbled them up! Good memories!
