1 lb sausage, uncooked*
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
2 - 3 c Bisquick baking mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shredded cheese with Bisquick, then add in the sausage. Shape into small balls ( 1' ). Bake at 400º for 15 - 20 minutes, or until done.

*Some may prefer to lightly brown the sausage, drain off the excess grease, then stir in the other ingredients and bake as directed
