1 cup peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a pie pan and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the peanuts, sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Microwave on high 4 1/2 minutes then stir. Cook 3 1/2 minutes more, take out and add 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 Tbsp butter. Cook 1 1/2 minutes then add 1 tsp baking soda. Stir well ( it will bubble and foam up ) then pour into a buttered pie pan.
