1 1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups boiling water
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
Baked 9 inch pie shell
1/2 cup fine sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, gradually. Add boiling water and cook till thick. Mix slightly beaten yolks, rind and juice. Add to cooked mixture and cook a minute or 2 more. Add butter, cool slightly before filling crust. Make meringue with whites and 1/2 cup fine sugar. Bake 350º until brown.
