1 head cauliflower (break it up in flowerettes)
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup bisquick mix
1/4 cup butter (packed)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower until almost tender. Beat soup and milk until smooth. Blend bisquick and butter with a pastry blender. Put cauliflower in a casserole. Then put soup mixture on top of cauliflower. Then put on the grated cheddar cheese. Then put bisquick on top. Bake at 350º until brown, 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
