2 lb. Ore Ida hash browns thawed OR 8 medium potatoes cooked in jackets
2/3 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese- grated
3 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup butter, melted
Crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Coo, peel and slice or grate potatoes. Or crumble hash browns. Heat butter and soup. Blend sour cream, onion and cheese in soup mixture. Add potatoes and put in buttered casserole. Top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter. Can be made ahead.
Bake 1 hour at 350º.
