1/4 olive oil

2 cloves garlic chopped

1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into strips

1 1/2 c broccoli florets

3/4 c oil packed sun dried tomatoes, sliced

1 tsp sweet basil

pinch crushed red pepper

pepper to taste

1/4 c dry white wine

3/4 c chicken broth

1 tbsp butter

1 lb bow tie pasta cooked, drained

1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic until golden, stirring constantly. Add chicken strips and saute until white and almost cooked. Add broccoli and saute until tender, add sundried tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Add wine, broth and butter. Cook 3 - 5 minutes until heated through. Toss cooked pasta with chicken mixture, sprinkle with parmesan.
