2 cans artichoke hearts (drained and quartered)
4 large potatoes boiled (peeled and sliced) or canned
1 can pitted black olives (drained and halved)
2 7 oz jars roasted red peppers (cut small)
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 small bunch parsley, chopped
1 large handful Parmesan cheese
2 c flavored bread crumbs
1/2 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes, uncovered. Sprinkle more grated cheese on top for the last 5 minutes in oven.
