3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. liquid shortening

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and liquids together. Combine all and grill.
